Enjoy art? We do, too! That’s why we are proud to be a part of LoDa ArtWalk, downtown Mobile, Ala.

LoDa ArtWalk is a community-wide art show that happens on the second Friday of every month. Along with over twenty other galleries, institutions, studios and retail spaces, we open our gallery each month and feature artwork by local artists. Every second Friday, the streets of downtown Mobile come alive with art, music, great food and good people!

Stop by our gallery for ArtWalk and enjoy fun, unique, local art, hors d’oeuvres and a glass of wine. We hope to see you there!

This Month’s ArtWalk: November 13, 2015
Watercolors by Frances Ashcraft - The Poverty of Paradise
Creating painting is the heart of Frances. Surrendering to the creative process allows Frances to express her true self, her soul. Her paintings are a reflection of the spirit within.

Frances' purpose in creating this body of work is to feature the impoverished people of the world. By so doing, her intention is to bring greater awareness to this condition. These paintings depict scenes from the country of Belize, Central America, but communities like these may be found all over the world. The more aware we are of these communities, the greater the opportunities to make a shift. To raise the standard of living for these people is a way to raise the consciousness of all.

Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy and support your local art community!
