Enjoy art? We do, too! That’s why we are proud to be a part of LoDa ArtWalk, downtown Mobile, Ala.

LoDa ArtWalk is a community-wide art show that happens on the second Friday of every month. Along with over twenty other galleries, institutions, studios and retail spaces, we open our gallery each month and feature artwork by local artists. Every second Friday, the streets of downtown Mobile come alive with art, music, great food and good people!

Stop by our gallery for ArtWalk and enjoy fun, unique, local art, hors d’oeuvres and a glass of wine. We hope to see you there!

This Month’s ArtWalk: Friday, July 8, 2016
Featuring ViaMeliores by Zechariah Swartz

A native of Mobile, Zechariah Swartz grew up in Biloxi, with frequent visits to his father’s home in Mobile. After graduating from Biloxi High School he enlisted in the USMC. Upon completion of service, he has primarily lived in Mobile, graduating from University of South Alabama’s Mitchel Collage of Business in 2014.  Originally, he endeavored to do his first piece to raise capital for a business venture and as the project matured, he eventually decided to pursue his artistic and philosophical interest professionally. Adhering to the notion that creativity and potential are aspects of Unique self- expression, he incorporates an unusual ability to find four leaf clovers into building artistic models/designs which express the Classical Greek teachings, generating contemporary perspectives and insights.

Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy and support your local art community!
