Enjoy art? We do, too!

That’s why we are proud to be a part of LoDa ArtWalk, downtown Mobile, AL.

LoDa ArtWalk is a community-wide art show that happens on the second Friday of every month.

Along with over twenty other galleries, institutions, studios and retail spaces, we open our gallery each month and feature artwork by local artists.

Every second Friday, the streets of downtown Mobile come alive with art, music, great food and good people!

Stop by our gallery for ArtWalk and enjoy fun, unique, local art, hors d’oeuvres and a glass of wine.

We hope to see you there!

This Month’s ArtWalk:

Friday, May 8th, 2015

Please join us this month for Eye Heart World presents A Story Told by Destani Hoffman. This moving exhibit portrays the life of human trafficking through the victim’s eyes in the hopes to raise awareness to the millions of victims enslaved each year.

Destani Hoffman is a Haute-Couture fashion designer and illustration artist. An Alumni from Savannah College of Art and Design and Foundations Studies graduate with a BFA in Fashion Design and has strong Fashion Illustration background. Recently a featured designer in Alabama’s Annual Mobile Fashion Week finale and published in Superior Magazine May 2014, Destani has flourished since graduation last June.

During the process of Mobile Fashion Week, Destani had the opportunity to get involved with Eye Heart World founders Brian and Season Russo and learn more about their cause. Inspired by their mission, Destani created 12 charcoal illustrations depicting the story of a young girl trapped in the life of human trafficking. As a key contributor to A Story Told, she hopes to spread awareness and become even more involved in the fight against human trafficking in the future.
